Please perform skin patch test on a small area of the arm before use of any products to ensure you have no reaction.  Please adhere to using products in the area the use is designated for per directions given.

Due to the nature of products we make/sell and the inability for them to be resold,  Aquicki cannot not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products. If your product arrives to you damaged, please contact us via the website contact form or email (info.sales@aquicki.com) within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of the outside of package and items inside in effort to help us find a solution from it happening again. If products are damaged, we will gladly have a new order shipped out to you.

SHIPPING

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate as Aquicki is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages that occur due to no error on our behalf. 

Who do you ship through?

Products will be shipped via USPS , UPS, or FedEx depending on the location it is going to and the shipping speed chosen by the customer

 

 

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your packed arrives damaged, please contact us via the website contact form or by email (info.sales@aquicki.com) within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of the outside of package and items inside in effort to help us find a solution from it happening again. If products are damaged, we will gladly have a new order shipped out to you.

 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is only offered on orders of $100 USD or more before Taxes + S&H have been added in.

 

 

How long after placing my order does it take before you ship it?

For our standard shipping option, please allow 6-10 days to receive your package.  Faster time frame may be chosen during checkout for an additional fee.

 

 

Do you ship on the weekends if requested?

Yes, we can ship on the weekends if requested. *(Fee may be applicable)*

 

 

Which countries outside of the USA do you ship to?

Aquicki DOES NOT currently ship outside of the USA.

If your product arrives to you damaged, please contact us via the website contact form or email us at info.sales@aquicki.com within 24 hours of receiving your package along with a photo of the damaged item and we will gladly replace for you.

SHIPPING

All products will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) in a flat rate shipping box. Free shipping is only offered on orders of $100 USD or more before taxes and shipping.

Packages ship out every Monday and Friday unless it falls on a holiday, in that case it will ship out the prior business day.

Aquicki does not currently ship outside of the USA.
