What are Aquicki Points?

• This is the currency we use to say thank you to our customers for shopping with us and referring their friends and family to shop with us.

How can you earn Aquicki Points?

• Points can be earned two ways: 

• • Loyalty Rewards
    • Earn 1 point for every $10 you spend on every order (before tax + S&H)

• • Referral Incentives
    • Earn 2 points for every person you refer to us that makes a purchase using your unique referral link found under the “MY ACCOUNT” section.

• • All Loyalty Reward Points are calculated based on amount spent before Tax + S&H:
    • Example 
      • $58.00 USD spent = 5 Aquicki Points Earned (Spend $2 more to reach your next point)
      • $72.00 USD spent = 7 Aquicki Points Earned (Spend $8 more to reach you
      • $109 USD spent = 10 Aquicki Points Earned (Spend $1 more to reach your next point)

How do points work when being spent?

• When spending points, 1 point is equal to $1.00.

What can I buy with 13 points?

• You could purchase any product on the website for $13.00 or less

What can I buy with 1 point?

• There are no items on the site for $1.00 or less

Where do I find my unique referral link to share with friend/family?

• Sign into your account by clicking the drop-down arrow to the far top right of homepage- “MY ACCOUNT”
• Click on the 2^nd tab from the bottom “MY POINTS”
• Next to your referral link you will see the button to COPY your link.

How do I know how many Aquicki Points I’ve earned?

• Sign into your account by clicking the drop-down arrow to the far top right of homepage- “MY ACCOUNT”
• Click on the 2^nd tab from the bottom “MY POINTS”
• Here you will see how many points you have that are redeemable and how many you’ve earned in total (both redeemable and point that have already been redeemed)

Can Aquicki Points be used to purchase items on sale?

• Yes, your points can be used regardless of item being on sale or not.

Do my points ever expire?

• No, your points DO NOT expire. They are yours until you spend them or delete your account with us.

Are my points transferable?

• Yes, points are transferable.
• Sign into your account by clicking the drop-down arrow to the far top right of homepage- “MY ACCOUNT”
• Click on the 2^nd tab from the bottom “MY POINTS”
• Click on “MANAGE POINTS” to see option to “CONVERT POINTS INTO COUPON”

What happens if the person I referred forgot to use the link and went straight through the site, can it be fixed after?

• This can only be fixed if they have not yet placed an order through their created account. They would simply delete the account and recreate by accessing the site through your unique referral link.
• If they have placed an order through the account (not using your referral link), there is nothing we can do to reverse this and award you the referral points.
• Please remember to stress to your referrals how important it is that they use the link you provide them with to access the website.

How many Aquicki Points do I earn per person I refer?

• You will earn two (2) referral points for every customer you refer who does not have an existing account with us.

Does the person I refer using my unique link have to spend a certain amount on their first order for me to receive my two referral points?

• No, the dollar amount they spend does not affect your ability to earn the referral point.
